The 2026 Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon takes place June 6–7, 2026. The signature race features: 1.5-mile swim from Alcatraz Island 18-mile bike through SF hills 8-mile run along the Bay Race weekend includes a free two-day Fitness Festival at Marina Green, open to the public — official merchandise store, beer garden, food trucks, product giveaways, and interactive sponsor activations.
