預期內容
開幕夜為周四 10 月 8 日在 524 Union 舉辦的 Booksellers Ball。Kidquake 在舊金山公共圖書館主館於 10 月 8 日和 9 日為小學觀眾舉辦上午場次，邀請講者包括 Dan Santat、Elisa Kleven、Lisa Moore Ramee、Maggie Tokuda-Hall、Monisha Bajaj 和 Mahogany L. Browne。
日程表上的作者包括 Min Jin Lee 於 10 月 10 日在 Calvary Presbyterian、Claudia Rankine 同晚在 Oakland、David Treuer 於 10 月 11 日在 Grace Cathedral、Jon Ronson 於 10 月 14 日在 JCCSF、Sherry Turkle 於 10 月 21 日在 YBCA Screening Room，以及 Walter Mosley 於 10 月 23 日在主館。較小規模的朗誦會在 City Lights、Green Apple Books on the Park、Omnivore Books、Medicine for Nightmares、Telegraph Hill Books、the Make-Out Room、the Stud 和 the Roxie 舉行。

兩場節慶活動在開幕夜前舉行。An Evening with Ayad Akhtar（與 Karen Russell 對談）於周二 10 月 6 日在 Sydney Goldstein Theater 舉行。Litquake Out Loud 和 Small Press Book Fair 於周日 10 月 4 日在 Yerba Buena Gardens 的大草坪舉辦，朗誦會時間為上午 11 點、下午 12:30 和下午 2 點。
