Classic cocktail program with a focus on pre-Prohibition recipes. Pisco Punch (a San Francisco original from the 1890s, created at the Bank Exchange Saloon), Sazeracs, Old Fashioneds, and house specialties built from 19th-century recipes. The bar makes its own grenadine and falernum.
