El Techo is the rooftop bar above Lolinda restaurant at Mission and 24th. The deck has heat lamps, fire pits, big shared tables, and a view down 24th Street into the heart of the Mission. The food is Latin American street food, the drinks are tequila and mezcal forward, and the vibe is sunny patio rather than precious cocktail lounge.
