The Phoenix is a Mission Irish dive on Valencia Street with cheap drinks, a pool table, a dart board, a small back patio, and live music most weekend nights. The crowd is neighborhood regulars plus whoever wandered down from 16th BART. Open late, no pretension, generous pours.

The Bar
