火曜日から土曜日、午前10時から午後4時まで営業。日曜日と月曜日は休館。入場料は大人$20、シニア(62歳以上)と青少年(10～17歳)は$12。10歳未満は無料。

SoMaのClementina Streetにあり、Yerba BuenaとMoscone Centerの近くです。PowellまたはMontgomery BARTから徒歩5分。複数のMuni路線が近くのMarket Streetに停車しています。
