De Buena Vista schenkt drankjes sinds 1916 aan de hoek van Hyde en Beach. Het huidige Irish coffee recept stamt uit 1952, toen eigenaar Jack Koeppler en reisschrijver Stanton Delaplane een nacht doorbrachten met het recreëren van de drank die Delaplane op Shannon Airport had gedronken. De bar serveert ongeveer 2.000 Irish coffees per dag, op lopendebandmanier in voorverwarmde glazen.
Hours: Weekdays from 9am, weekends from 8am; closes 11pm Sunday through Thursday, midnight Friday and Saturday
