Una spiaggia lunga un miglio al bordo sudoccidentale del Presidio, con il Golden Gate Bridge in vista a nord.
L’acqua è troppo fredda e le correnti troppo forti per nuotare, quindi questa è una spiaggia per camminare, fare picnic e ammirare il ponte piuttosto che entrare in acqua. L’estremità nord è senza abbigliamento obbligatorio. Sono disponibili tavoli da picnic e barbecue, e il parcheggio si riempie presto nei fine settimana.
