Lands End, the eighth of the 12 national park sites linked by the new Golden Gate Dozen Trail - San Francisco

The Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy has linked 12 of San Francisco’s national park sites into one 13-mile route, the Golden Gate Dozen Trail, mapped on AllTrails from Crissy Field to Fort Funston.
