Ang 15 Romolo ay matatagpuan sa isang North Beach alley off Broadway, sa tabi ng The Beat Museum. Ang espasyo ay naging Basque Hotel restaurant mula 1964 hanggang 1996. Ang kasalukuyang bar ay bumukas noong 1998 at muling nag-bukas pagkatapos ng 18-buwang renovation. May tin ceiling, mahogany walls, at dim lighting.
