Country sourdough, walnut levain, at seasonal loaves ay umiikot sa case. Laminated pastries (croissants, kouign-amann) ay lumabas ng sariwang bawat umaga. Ang mga sandwich ay gumagamit ng house bread. Salads at packed lunches ay napuno ang case.
