The Food
Country sourdough, walnut levain, and seasonal loaves rotate through the case. Laminated pastries (croissants, kouign-amann) come out fresh each morning. Sandwiches use the house bread. Salads and packed lunches fill out the case.
Jane is part of a small group with two cafes (Jane on Fillmore, Jane on Larkin). The Geary location is the production bakery.
