Beyond the body scrub, Pearl offers oil massages from light to firm pressure, body wraps with seaweed gel, and milk and honey treatments. Every booked service includes two hours of amenity access (sauna, steam room, hot tubs, clay rooms), so build in time before or after the treatment.
Before you go
Appointments only. No walk-ins. Book online or call (415) 580-7142. Arrive and check in 30 minutes before your appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by texting (408) 314-3181; the spa does not accept cancellations by phone at that number. No-shows are charged the full service fee.
Guests 13 and older are welcome (under 18 needs an adult). The spa adds a 3% credit card fee, so cash avoids it.
Getting there
At 1654 Post Street, across from the Kabuki Hotel in Japantown. Open daily 7am to 7:45pm. The 38-Geary bus runs one block south on Geary Boulevard. Street parking on Post Street and the Japan Center garage are both nearby.
