Old Skool Cafe is a nonprofit-run supper club on Mendell Street in Bayview, opened in 2009. Formerly incarcerated youth aged 16 to 22 run the kitchen, the floor, and the front of house as part of a job training program. The menu is American comfort food with a Latin tilt. Live jazz on Friday and Saturday nights.
