Scoma’s has been on Pier 47 in Fisherman’s Wharf since 1965, owned by the Scoma family the entire time. Boats unload directly behind the restaurant, so seafood goes from dock to kitchen with no middleman.
Maden
Cioppino: The long-running signature. Crab, clams, mussels, fish, and shrimp in a tomato broth.
Lazy Man’s Cioppino: Same dish, all shellfish pre-cracked.
Crab Sandwich: Sourdough, fresh-cracked Dungeness, butter.
Sand Dabs Meuniere: Pan-fried with brown butter and lemon.
Rummet
Two floors with bay views from most tables. Downstairs is the old SF seafood room, dark and clubby. Upstairs is brighter with picture windows over the water.
