La stagione include tipicamente da sei a otto produzioni. Il Toni Rembe Theater, nell’edificio restaurato del 1910 su Geary a Union Square, ospita le produzioni più grandi: opere classiche, musical, lavori contemporanei affermati. Lo Strand, un cinema restaurato del 1917 su Market a Mid-Market, programma prime mondiali e spettacoli per sale più piccole. Per la maggior parte degli spettacoli sono disponibili tariffe agevolate under-35 e biglietti rush.

Entrambi i teatri sono raggiungibili a piedi da Powell BART e Muni Metro. La linea 38 Geary passa davanti al Toni Rembe; lo Strand è vicino anche a Civic Center BART.
