Ang Strand ay ikalawang venue ng American Conservatory Theater sa Market Street, sa 1917 building na dating movie house at adult cinema bago binili at renovate ng ACT noong 2015. Ang 283-seat main theater ay nag-host ng ACT productions, kasama ang 100-seat Rueff intimate space sa itaas at ground-floor cafe. Ang programming ay nakatuon sa contemporary, madalas na mga obra na hindi host ng ACT’s mas malaking Geary Theater.
