High-quality vintage at Haight and Ashbury

Relic Vintage sits right at the corner of Haight and Ashbury, the most famous intersection in the neighborhood, and stocks high-quality vintage from the 1920s through the 1980s. The strongest decades in the collection are the 40s, 50s, and 60s. The shop also carries pieces from local designers, mixing vintage finds with contemporary work that shares the same aesthetic sensibility.

What you’ll find

The quality bar is high. Relic focuses on well-preserved pieces with good construction and interesting details. The 40s and 50s sections are particularly strong, with items that look like they could have come out of a costume department’s best closet. Prices are mid-range for curated vintage, fair for the condition and era of what’s on the racks.

Relic is at 1475 Haight Street, right at the Ashbury intersection. The 7 Haight and 33 Ashbury buses both stop at or near this corner. Open daily.
