Stern Grove is a 33-acre eucalyptus grove in the Sunset District that doubles as a natural amphitheater. The Stern Grove Festival has run free Sunday concerts here every summer since 1938. Bring a blanket, get there early for grass on the slope, and dress in layers because fog reaches this part of the city most afternoons.
