北美最古老的唐人街，自1850年代初期以來就是一個社區。
從Bush與Grant交口的龍門開始，穿過Waverly Place、Ross Alley和Spofford Street。Waverly Place上的天后廟約成立於1852年，是美國最古老的中式廟宇之一，至今仍在使用；現有建築建於1910年，為1906年地震摧毀原建築後重建。每日提供導覽美食之旅。
