The Creative Code Intensive is a 12-week in-person course at Gray Area designed for artists, designers, and technologists looking to expand their creative practice with AI, machine learning, and interactive media. Through hands-on coding, experimentation, and critical engagement, you’ll develop interactive projects that culminate in a public showcase attended by industry professionals and the creative community. The 2026 curriculum covers AI and ML fundamentals, creative coding, audiovisual performance, and interactive web applications including fine-tuning AI models and generative tools. Participants will build a portfolio of 10+ projects throughout the program. Scholarships are available. Applications were due March 28, 2025.
