Exploratorium是一个互动式科学博物馆,1969年由物理学家Frank Oppenheimer在Palace of Fine Arts创办。2013年4月迁至Embarcadero的Pier 15。博物馆任何时间展出约600个展品,这些展品来自博物馆建造的1000多件展品。触觉穹顶是一个漆黑的爬行结构,需要单独预约。码头后面的Bay Observatory俯瞰海滨。周四晚间的After Dark活动面向18岁及以上人士,提供鸡尾酒和特别节目。
