Frameline: San Francisco International LGBTQ+ Film Festival 2026 (June 17-27)

Frameline, the San Francisco International LGBTQ+ Film Festival, returns for its 50th edition from June 17 to 27, 2026, during Pride season. It screens feature films, documentaries, and short films by and about LGBTQ+ people. The Castro Theatre is the main venue, with additional screenings at the Roxie Theater, the Vogue Theatre, and Bay Area venues including BAMPFA in Berkeley and the New Parkway in Oakland. What to Expect The festival programs premieres, panels, and filmmaker appearances over eleven days. The opening night film on June 17 is D’Arcy Drollinger’s Lady Champagne at the Castro Theatre.
