Healthy Parks Healthy People: Monthly Nature Walks

Healthy Parks Healthy People hosts free monthly guided nature walks around the Bay Area, and the July edition takes place on the 4th at 10:00 am. The walks are open to all fitness levels, whether you’re a regular on the trails or just looking for a casual morning stroll, everyone is welcome. It’s a low-key way to get outside and connect with local green spaces. Admission is free. Check in at 10:00 am at the designated meet-up point.
