Financial District
About Financial District
Financial District建在海湾被填埋的边缘之上。在淘金热年代,这里是Yerba Buena Cove,Montgomery Street沿着最初的海岸线延伸。1849年和1850年抵达的船只被前往金矿的船员们弃置,城市随后用沙土和废弃物将海湾连同这些船只一起填埋。数十艘这样的船只残骸至今仍在街道之下。
