Five years in the making, Another Planet Entertainment’s Totally Tubular Festival lands at the Castro Theatre on Wednesday at 7:00 PM. The organizers are encouraging attendees to arrive early and spend time with the local businesses surrounding the historic LGBTQ+ landmark.
