Thomas was last heard at Bird & Beckett in 22 presenting his previous book, Amongst Nazis: William S. Burroughs in Vienna 1936/37. Tate is well known to San Francisco beats, baby beats and post beats for his production of cultural materials, books, lps, readings, concerts, derived from his archive explorations and personal contacts with the likes of Harold Norse, Gregory Corso, Neeli Cherkovski and countless others through the past couple of decades.
