La storia
Gary Frank ha aperto The Booksmith su Haight Street nell’ottobre 1976. I proprietari attuali Christin Evans e Praveen Madan hanno acquistato il negozio da lui nel 2007. San Francisco ha concesso lo status di Legacy Business a Booksmith nell’ottobre 2016.

Aperto tutti i giorni dalle 11:00 alle 19:00. Ingresso libero.

Su Haight Street tra Cole e Shrader, a pochi passi da Amoeba Music. La N-Judah si ferma a Carl e Cole, circa quattro isolati a sud. Gli autobus 6-Haight/Parnassus e 7-Haight/Noriega passano su Haight Street.
