Build Inc. has been served a second notice of default on the loan behind its approved 24-acre housing project at 700 Innes Avenue in India Basin. The city park next door at 900 Innes is on a separate track and stays open.

San Francisco Supervisors Move to Freeze New Data Centers for 45 Days

Supervisor Shamann Walton introduced a 45-day moratorium on new data center approvals on September 15, co-sponsored by three colleagues. It needs a four-fifths vote, and two of the city’s data centers sit in the Bayview.
