Valkyries Host WNBA Finals Games 1 and 2 at Chase Center: Schedule, Ticket Sale Times and Watch Parties

The Golden State Valkyries will host Games 1 and 2 of the 2026 WNBA Finals at Chase Center, on Saturday, October 17 at 12:30pm and Monday, October 19 at 5pm, against the Atlanta Dream. Single-game tickets go on sale today, Monday, October 12, in timed waves that end with the general public at 6pm.

It is the franchise’s first Finals. The Valkyries, the No. 2 seed, swept the defending champion Las Vegas Aces 3-0 in the semifinals, closing the series with an 87-77 overtime win on Friday, October 9. According to the team, they are the only expansion team in WNBA history to reach the Finals in their second season.

The Finals Schedule

The series is best of seven. Golden State holds home-court advantage, so Chase Center hosts Games 1, 2, 5 and 7. All times are Pacific, from the team’s schedule.

  • Game 1: Saturday, October 17, 12:30pm, Chase Center (NBC and Peacock)
  • Game 2: Monday, October 19, 5pm, Chase Center (USA and Peacock)
  • Game 3: Thursday, October 22, 5pm, Atlanta (USA and Peacock)
  • Game 4: Saturday, October 24, 12:30pm, Atlanta (NBC and Peacock)
  • Game 5, if needed: Monday, October 26, 5pm, Chase Center (USA and Peacock)
  • Game 6, if needed: Thursday, October 29, 5pm, Atlanta (USA and Peacock)
  • Game 7, if needed: Saturday, October 31, 5pm, Chase Center (USA and Peacock)

The Dream had not named their home arena for Games 3, 4 and 6 when the schedule was released. Every game airs on radio on 95.7 FM in the Bay Area.

How to Get Tickets

The Valkyries sell Finals tickets only online, at valkyries.wnba.com/tickets. The Monday, October 12 sale runs in this order:

  • 10am: Valkyries season ticket and suite holders
  • Noon: Warriors and Santa Cruz Warriors season members, Valkyries group leaders, mini-plan holders and deposit holders
  • 2pm: Eligible Chase cardholders
  • 4pm: Valkyries Insiders and SMS subscribers
  • 6pm: General public

Playoff Pack holders keep the seats they had for the first round and semifinals. The team has not published a face-value price chart. Before the official sale, resale listings on SeatGeek started at $335 for Game 1 and $324 for Game 2, according to a Yahoo Creators price check on October 10. Those are asking prices on a resale market, not what the team charges.

Game 1 ticket holders get a violet 2026 Finals “This is Ballhalla” T-shirt.

Watch Parties for the Atlanta Games

For Games 3, 4 and 6, the team is holding official watch parties inside Chase Center. Tickets go on sale Thursday, October 15, and part of the proceeds goes to the Golden State Community Foundation for Bay Area education and youth programs.

The Doja Cat Date

Doja Cat had a Chase Center concert booked for Monday, October 19, the night of Game 2. After Front Office Sports reported the overlap on October 6, the Valkyries said the concert would move to a contingency date and Game 2 would stay at Chase Center. Yahoo Creators reports the concert is now on October 25 and that existing tickets remain valid. Check with the ticket seller if you hold concert tickets.

Why the Building Will Be Full

The Valkyries went 17-5 at Chase Center in the regular season and 4-0 at home in the playoffs, according to The San Francisco Standard. The team led the league in 2026 average attendance at 18,064 per game and has sold out every regular-season home game since its first season. Gabby Williams has led the team in scoring in both playoff series, averaging 22.7 points this postseason. “This is a dream come true to be going to a Finals in our second year,” head coach Natalie Nakase said after the clinching game.

The site covered the team’s playoff clinch on August 17.
