World of Dumplings, a free food festival at the Ferry Building, returns for its third year on Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 11am to 5pm. The organizers, the community group Asians Are Strong, bring together restaurant vendors serving dumplings from different food traditions: wontons, gyoza, momos, manti, ravioli and empanadas among them.
What to Expect
The organizers list more than 25 restaurant vendors, along with dumpling eating contests, cooking demonstrations, dumpling trivia, a beer garden, raffle prizes, live music, performances and family activities. Entry is free; the food is sold by the individual vendors.
Asians Are Strong says the festival celebrates different cultures and communities through a shared love of dumplings.

Getting there: Embarcadero BART and Muni Metro station is about two blocks away, and the F Market and Wharves streetcar stops in front of the building.
