The Richmond 是位於 Arguello 以西、Golden Gate Park 以北的住宅區網格,一路延伸到 Ocean Beach。這裡一年中大部分時間都常有霧。
景點與活動
Golden Gate Park 構成該社區的南邊界。公園西半部通常比東半部安靜。園內有:野牛圍場、兩座荷蘭風車(位於公園西緣北端、附設 Queen Wilhelmina Tulip Garden 的 Dutch Windmill,以及位於南端的 Murphy Windmill),還有一連串湖泊。
Ocean Beach 是各大道的盡頭,是一片綿長的太平洋冷沙灘。小知識:潛水衣是在 Ocean Beach 發明的。
Lands End 步道沿著社區西北角的海岸懸崖延伸。步道起點處是 Sutro Baths 遺址;原本的 Sutro Baths 於 1896 年開幕,是一座室內鹹水游泳池的建築群(當時號稱世界最大),於 1966 年燒毀。
