Heineman Buildingは、Bush Street上の1906年地震後の初期に建てられたビルの1つで、幅わずか20フィートの敷地に建つ10階建てのエディアン様式の建造物である。建築家George Applegarth（MacDonald & Applegarth）は、H.M. Heineman が依頼したネクタイ、ベルト、サスペンダー工場として1910年に設計した。
狭いファサードは釉薬をかけたテラコッタタイルで覆われており、屋根線に沿って王冠のような装飾が施され、各階に鍛造銅パネルがある。湾曲した窓には、蛍光灯が登場する前の時代における実用的な解決策として、深く狭い内部に自然光を導くよう設計されたプリズムガラスが含まれている。
ビルは現在オフィスを収容しているため、内部は一般公開されていない。ファサードは歩道から見える。

アクセス
交通: BARTまたはMuniでMontgomery Stationに行き、Bush Streetを東に3分歩く。Market Streetに沿って複数のMuniラインが停車している。
駐車: Sutter-StocktonまたはKearny 550でのガレージ駐車。営業時間中はFinancial Districtに無料路上駐車はない。
徒歩: Financial Districtの中心部から数歩。Transamerica Pyramid、Jackson Square、またはFerry Buildingへの散歩と組み合わせる。
