Bartender Kevin Diedrich runs a program built around Asian Pacific ingredients (pandan, nori, papaya, lime leaf) that has placed the bar on multiple World’s 50 Best lists. PCH won Tales of the Cocktail’s Best American Cocktail Bar award. Diedrich won Best American Bartender in 2020.
The current location is PCH 2.0, opened a few steps from the original after a fire damaged the first space.
