Cheaper Than Therapy is a weekly stand-up comedy show held at San Francisco’s historic Shelton Theater in the heart of Union Square. Each show features five to six hand-picked, experienced comedians, with occasional guest drop-ins keeping things unpredictable. Doors and the full bar open at 7pm. Plan to arrive by 7:30pm to check in — the show starts at 7:45pm with last seating at 8:05pm. Shows wrap up by 9:15pm, making it an easy weeknight or weekend outing. There’s no drink minimum, just good comedy and a well-stocked bar.
