DNA Lounge is a SoMa nightclub at 375 11th Street, open since 1985. The current owner, Jamie Zawinski, bought the club in 1999 and has run it since. Programming spans live music, electronic dance nights, queer events, all-ages shows, and burlesque. Capacity is around 600 across two stages, four bars, and three dance floors. DNA Pizza next door feeds the late-night crowd.
