Feinstein’s at the Nikko
The Verdict
"An intimate room where performers work the tables."
What you need to know
A 140-seat cabaret room inside the Hotel Nikko near Union Square, the West Coast outpost of Michael Feinstein’s New York supper-club brand.
What to Expect
The programming focuses on cabaret, jazz vocals, Broadway singers, and the Great American Songbook: vocalists with piano accompaniment, often with Broadway or recording credits. Dinner and cocktails are served at table during the show, and the room is small enough that performers can address individual tables. A food and drink minimum applies, so with dinner and drinks the evening usually runs $100 to $150 per person. The entrance is through the hotel lobby, and dress is smart casual to dressy.
