The Marines’ Memorial Theatre is a 580-seat house on the 12th floor of the Marines’ Memorial Club, built in 1926 at 609 Sutter Street. The building is a tribute to Marines who served in WWI and is owned by the Marines’ Memorial Association. The theater hosts touring shows, comedy, and the occasional concert. The acoustics are strong; balcony seats put you close to the stage.
