The Regency Ballroom is a concert venue on Van Ness Avenue at Sutter, in the 1909 Scottish Rite Masonic Temple. Capacity is around 1,400 standing or 1,000 with the balcony. Programming runs touring rock, hip-hop, electronic, and indie acts. Original architectural detail throughout: chandeliers, ornate moldings, a wide proscenium.
